The hotel's location made it super easy for me to stroll over to the nearby Congolese Wildlife Authority and enjoy a great meal at A Casa Mia, both just a short walk away. as a single traveler, I loved the clean and comfortable room, which provided a nice spot to recharge between my explorations, but some staff could improve their service approach for a smoother experience.

The rooms are spacious, well appointed with excellent shower pressure, which made for a relaxing experience. The front office staff were friendly, bi-lingual, and always eager to assist. I enjoyed the beautiful river view from my room. it added a nice touch to my mornings.
The breakfast area was too busy, leading to unclean tables and unfinished buffet items.
